The Usher’s Ministry is a ministry of hospitality, service, and order in the parish. Ushers welcome people as they come to church, assist them during liturgical celebrations, and help create an atmosphere of prayer, reverence, and active participation. Their ministry reflects Christ’s call to serve others with love and humility.

The purpose of the Ushers Ministry is to welcome, assist, and serve the faithful so that everyone can participate fully and prayerfully in the Holy Mass and other parish celebrations.

Aim

• To welcome everyone with Christian love and hospitality.
• To help maintain order and reverence during Holy Mass and other liturgical celebrations.
• To assist the elderly, children, visitors, and people with special needs whenever necessary.
• To guide people regarding seating, processions, Communion, collections, and other liturgical arrangements.
• To create a welcoming parish environment where everyone feels accepted and valued.
• To support the clergy and liturgical ministers in the smooth and prayerful celebration of the liturgy.
• To witness to Christ through humble service, remembering Jesus’ teaching: “I am among you as one who serves” (Luke 22:27).
